Assistant Administrator Tom Warner

Tom Warner was born in September 1945 and grew up in South Whitley, a small rural farming community in northeast Indiana. He attended Indiana University, graduating in 1968 with a BA, and was commissioned a second lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force. He spent the next twenty-four years in the Air Force in a variety of assignments and retired in 1993 as a lieutenant colonel. He attended the University of Missouri - Columbia, receiving a master's in health administration (MHA) degree in 1995.

Warner joined Kneibert Clinic in June of 1995 as Assistant Administrator. He is married and has three daughters. He also serves as a trustee for the Butler County Health Center.
