Assistant Administrator Tom Warner

Tom Warner was born in September 1945 and grew up in South Whitley, a small rural farming community in northeast Indiana. He attended Indiana University, graduating in 1968 with a BA, and was commissioned a second lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force. He spent the next twenty-four years in the Air Force in a variety of assignments and retired in 1993 as a lieutenant colonel. He attended the University of Missouri - Columbia, receiving a master's in health administration (MHA) degree in 1995.

Tom Warner joined Kneibert Clinic as assistant administrator in June 1995. He served in this capacity until his unexpected death on July 10, 2011.
